The later changes or downward adjustments to the number of guests of the reservation will be
considered late cancellation and the charged fee will be applied below. Upward adjustment will be confirmed based on the actual situation of availability.

Up to 20 days before your cruise date: Free of charged
15 -19 days before your cruise date: 50% of total price
7 – 14 days before your cruise date: 70% of total price
Less than 7 days: Full of charged

35 -50 days before your cruise date: 20% of total price
20 -34 days before your cruise date: 50% of total price
10 – 19 days before your cruise date: 70% of total price

All cruise in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay which want to stop for overnight on the Bay must be licensed to manage the Bay.
In the days of bad weather (rainstorms, high winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will consider about give license or not to the overnight cruise on the bay, that ensure the safety of tourists.
In such a case, we will apply the following policies:
- If you arrive at the harbor and have a lunch, then back to Hanoi, we will charged only lunch service + the transfer (if yes)
- If you arrive at the harbor and have a lunch, visit Halong bay within 5 hours, then back to Hanoi, we will charged only daily cruise trip, entrance fee, lunch and the transfer (if yes)
- If you arrive at the harbor and have a lunch, visit Halong – Lan Ha bay, overnight on cruise. The next day have breakfast and sightseeing, have lunch, then back to Hanoi, we will charged for 2 days 1 night price for cruise trip + the transfer (if yes)
- If you arrive at the harbor and have a lunch, visit Halong – Lan Ha bay, overnight on cruise. The next day have breakfast and sightseeing, have lunch, visit the bay within 5 hours, then back to Hanoi, we will charged for 2 days 1 night price and 5 hours on daily cruise trip, lunch, entrance fee + the transfer (if yes)
Note:
The Bay Management Board often gives a notice to cancel the overnight sleep permit very late, causing you to fall into the situation when you are on a tour, only to know that the tour is canceled, in such situations, we would like to ask for your understanding about it.
The rainy season from August to October in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay often has very unusual weather conditions, so overnight cruises on the bay are often canceled unexpectedly, and often with an advance very late notice

No. Drinks, tips and other personal expenses are not included in our Halong Bay cruise price, so you’ll need to cover these costs separately.
Yes, you can swim in Halong Bay, Vietnam. However, it's essential to consider factors such as water quality, jellyfish presence, boat traffic, and weather conditions for safety.
Electrical outlets in the Vietnamese style are provided in every suite, operating at 220 volts, which is consistent with the standard voltage used across hotels in Vietnam. If your devices do not match this voltage, you'll require a plug converter.
Yes, we provide wifi on our cruise and on the bus. But sometimes the wifi is not good in some places in Halong Bay.

The cabin was cozy, with a tub and a balcony that we enjoyed. Kayaking was fun, and the food was delicious. We stayed for 2 nights and had a blast swimming, kayaking, biking to a village, exploring a cave, rolling spring rolls, and doing Taichi in the morning. The scenery was breathtaking, and we snapped many photos. It was definitely a worthy trip!

It's a big cruise ship with lots of fun activities to do. We stayed for 2 nights and never got bored. The second day was nice for chilling out. Food was plentiful yet the vegetarian menu could be better and more varied. The staff was informative and helpful.

The trip went above my expectations. The food was really fresh and tasty. The cabin was comfortable, The staff were always paying attention and very professional. We had a blast kayaking and exploring the cave. The cooking demo with the rolls was cool. Starting the day with Taichi while looking out at the bay was lovely. Don't miss the happy hour deal – buy 1 get 1 – to try out some great cocktails. Although the drink price was pretty high, we thought it was similar to other cruises. Overall, everyone should try!

A super great time on the Peony cruise
The Peony cruise was really great! The staff made sure our family trip was perfect, we had an amazing time and the kids did too! The only thing i would suggest is bringing more swimming clothes as there's plenty of chances to dive in the water or take a jacuzzi on the boat.
The best cruise ever
The cruise was one of the best vacations we've ever taken! The scenery was simply breathtaking and we enjoyed taking a Tai Chi class in the morning. Plus, we got to make some traditional Vietnamese food and then try it! We opted for the transfer service from Hanoi, it was really easy and we got dropped off and escorted to the checkin lounge. This was really smooth and took the headache out of travelling with a big group.
